Bipasha Basu will be seen in a new avatar in her forthcoming ‘Pankh’. She plays an imaginary character in this movie .This is strange as Bipasha now doing a supernatural character in ‘Pankh’. She admits, “I play an alter ego. I am an imaginary character - the protagonist in the film is a 20-year old boy called Jerry, played by Maradona Rebello, who was recently seen in ‘Race’. In ‘Pankh’, Maradona is totally confused about his gender because in his childhood, he played a female child.
Now, he has grown up and aspires to play a hero! So, he creates an imaginary character of his ladylove, supposed to be an actress. Bipasha plays that imaginary role for her protagonist (Maradona) in ‘Pankh’. To seduce him, Bips sings a sensuous number (sung by Sunidhi Chauhan) titled ‘Jiya Jala Na’ in her new avatar.
