Though I have said like this, there will be all the commercial ingredients without crossing the limits of reality. Ko means king. Why we have titled this film has Ko can be seen in the climax of the film. There are so many things in the story.
In fact I should say that this title is very much suitable for this film. Jeeva is that photographer. He is a newspaper photographer. I was also once a media photographer. The story is based on certain experiences I had while doing that job. We have showed in detail that how the work in media goes on.
Because of this we had gone personally to a leading English magazine firm and found out the things that happened there. Only after this we wrote the screenplay. Jeeva and Karthika are donning the role of the people working in the media house. Ajmal and Pia are also starring in this film.
Who are they and what is happening in their background is the suspense. Jeeva will look very stylish in this film. There is importance for all the characters. We have shot a song sequence in the China-Mongolia border. We have also shot in Norway in a location where no Indian cinema has been shot.
We have used Phantom camera for this film. This camera came for demo to Singapore. I thought I can use this camera. So I arranged for a demo in Chennai. We have used this camera for the climax and some other scenes. This camera can register 2000 frames per minute.
The visual has come out beautifully. There is a get together song in this film. Most of the actors and actresses including Surya, Karthi, Thamanna and Jayam Ravi will be dancing in this party song. Harris Jayaraj will also appear in this song sequence.
