Director Priyadarshan is right now busy shooting the theme song for Kochi IPL team, Indi Commandos on the back waters of Varapuzha.
The shoot is taking place at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium since last Monday. The anthem is of two-minute length and will portray the culture and traditions of Kerala, besides this it will showcase the beauty of Kerala and also blends Kerala’s martial art form Kalaripayattu with cricket. All the leading players of the Kochi team will be seen in the song and actress Rima Kallingal will add the required glamour essence to the song. Few scenes will be shot during World Cup matches in Chennai.
Music is given by award winning music director Ousepachen while camera is handled by Thiru. In, 2010 March Rendezvous Sports World has bagged the Kochi franchisee rights for Rs.1,500 crore.
