Milky beauty Hansika has removed her surname Motwani as per numerology. The actress requests everyone to call her as Hansika instead of Hansika Motwani. Hansika has debuted as heroine through the Tamil film Mappillai. It is known that the actress has met the numerologist recently and the concerned person has asked Hansika remove her family name Motwani. She also confessed that her lucky number is 9 and the numerologist suggested that each alphabet has a number and if it is summed it would be nine. So Hansika if totaled it would result in 9, so she removed her surname.
Though the actress is busy with handful of projects in Tamil and Telugu she removed her surname just to get many offers in the future.
At this point of time, some people close to the actress have advised her to change her name. So according to the advice of the numerologists she has now changed her name as Hansika and henceforth she will called as Hansika only.
Currently she is doing Velayudham with Vijay, Oru Kal Oru Kannadi with Udhayanidhi Stalin and Pagalavan with Vijay for the second time.
